Body Type Quiz
Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph
Find your dominant somatotype with a 5-question quiz and get training and nutrition emphasis for your type.
A Spectrum, Not Three Boxes
Somatotype is best read as three sliders rather than three categories. Your quiz result shows a score for each type — the highest is your dominant tendency, but the spread matters. A 6/4/0 split means something different from 10/0/0, even though both report the same dominant type.
Why It Still Gets Used
Coaches keep the language because it compresses something real: genetic variation in muscle-building response, fat storage, and metabolic rate. Knowing your tendency helps set realistic expectations — an ectomorph bulking or an endomorph cutting is playing against their default, and the plan should account for that.

Medical Disclaimer
Body typing is a heuristic for setting training expectations, not a medical or scientific classification. Whatever your result, progressive training and consistent nutrition remain the drivers of change.
