Ultrahuman lost its patent case to Oura and was barred from importing rings into the US in October 2025. The Ring Pro is the answer: a redesigned titanium unibody that cleared US customs, went back on pre-order in March 2026, and started shipping to American buyers that June. Fifteen days of claimed battery is the longest of any current smart ring, and the bundled case adds roughly 45 more. There is no subscription, which remains the pitch against Oura — but that is not the whole picture, because individual features live in an à la carte store where Cardio Adaptability and cycle tracking each cost a few dollars a month. The AFib feature is live in Europe and still not available to US users.

Strengths

  • 15-day claimed battery, the longest of any current smart ring
  • Core sleep, recovery, and stress tracking free for life
  • Charging case adds roughly 45 days away from an outlet

Tradeoffs

  • AFib detection is not available to US users
  • No subscription, but useful features cost extra per month
  • No GPS and no real-time heart rate during workouts
