The Ultrahuman Ring AIR is the most direct Oura competitor that doesn’t charge a monthly fee. Lighter than Oura at 2.4–3.6g depending on size, similar sensor stack, and Cardio Age plus metabolic health scores baked in. An ITC ruling in the Oura patent case barred US imports from October 2025, so it is no longer sold in the States; Ultrahuman’s redesigned Ring Pro is the successor.
