For an Android phone the Galaxy Watch 7 was the Apple Watch equivalent — best-in-class platform integration, full Wear OS app catalog, and a sensor stack that includes bioelectrical impedance for body composition and a blood-pressure cuff calibration flow. Samsung opened blood-pressure monitoring to the US in March 2026 as a general-wellness feature, so it now works across Korea, the EU, and roughly 100 markets. No subscription required. Superseded by the Galaxy Watch 8 in July 2025.
