The Watch 6 brought back rotating bezels (on the Classic model), refined the always-on display, and added Sleep Coaching. If you find one cheap it is nearly identical to the Watch 7 for daily wear. Blood-pressure monitoring works in Korea, the EU, and — since March 2026 — the US.
