The M3 takes nearly everything from the Vantage V3 and puts it in a 45mm plastic case at two-thirds the price. The full Elixir stack survives the cut — optical HR, wrist ECG, SpO2, skin temperature — along with dual-frequency GPS and 32GB for offline colour maps with komoot turn-by-turn. What shrinks is the battery (seven days, 30 GPS hours) and the screen. At 35g it is one of the lightest AMOLED multisport watches you can buy, and Training Load Pro, Recovery Pro, and SleepWise are all included. It is still a poor general-purpose smartwatch: no music, no payments, no apps.
