Garmin Venu X1

The Venu X1 is a rectangular 2-inch AMOLED in a 7.9mm case weighing 34g, which makes it the thinnest and lightest full-feature watch Garmin builds. It carries downloadable TopoActive maps, an LED flashlight, speaker and mic, sapphire, and a titanium caseback, plus the deepest software of any Venu including Endurance Score and Hill Score. Two things it does not have, at $799: an ECG — the Gen 5 sensor is there but the polymer case has no bezel electrode, so it can never be enabled — and multi-band GNSS. Battery is the shortest of Garmin’s current AMOLED watches at eight days. A genuinely odd product, and appealing for exactly that reason.
