The HRM 200 does one job. It sends heart rate and HRV to a Garmin watch, an Edge bike computer, compatible gym equipment, or the Tacx Training app, over ANT+ and Bluetooth, with up to three Bluetooth connections at once. There are no running dynamics, no stored swim heart rate, and no standalone recording; those are what the HRM 600 charges $90 more for. In exchange it runs up to a year on a CR2032 at an hour a day, and the quarter-turn battery door opens with a tool built into the strap slider. Two strap sizes cover chests from 60 to 119cm, and the module comes off so the strap can go in the wash. For a clean chest-strap signal at $79.99, it undercuts the Polar H10.
