The Charge 5 introduced ECG, the cEDA stress sensor, and a colour AMOLED to the Charge line — built-in GPS had already arrived on the Charge 4. Replaced by the Charge 6, which gained Google integrations (Maps, Wallet, YouTube Music). Daily Readiness is free on both.
