The Series 7 grew the screen to 45mm (up from 44mm) and introduced fast charging — 45 minutes to 80%. No skin-temp sensor (that came with the Series 8). watchOS 27 dropped the Series 7, but its final release, watchOS 26, already brings sleep stages, sleep score, and Training Load. Cheap on the used market for someone who wants the modern case shape.
