The Helio Strap Pro is two sensors. The arm-or-wrist module is a refined Helio Strap: an 11.4g pod with the same five-photodiode optical sensor, per-second heart rate, skin temperature, 11 days of battery, and HybridCharge in place of BioCharge. The new piece is a 10.7g motion-only pod that clips at the waist and measures posture, stability, and muscle load station by station. That second sensor is also the catch. At launch it works only in HYROX race and simulation modes, and the full two-sensor analysis needs a Balance 3 or Balance Ultra on your wrist. If you do not race HYROX, you are paying $100 over the Helio Strap for a clip you will not use. Heart-rate broadcast to watches, bike computers, and gym equipment carries over.
